We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated HR & Recruitment Executive to join our team at Vrinda Techapps in Hyderabad. This in-office role is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 2–5 years of experience to manage the complete technical recruitment cycle, oversee essential HR operations, and build talent pipelines within a growing technology company.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand technical requirements and hire candidates across roles such as Flutter Developers, Backend Developers, UI/UX Designers, WordPress Developers, ERPNext Developers, QA, Project Managers and Sales/Marketing professionals.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, references and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with department heads and project teams.
- Manage interview schedules, candidate follow-ups and offer negotiations.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation and HR records.
- Support employee engagement, attendance, leave and basic HR operations.
- Assist management with performance reviews, employee communication and HR policies.
- Maintain a positive and professional work culture.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain recruitment reports.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR / Recruitment, preferably in an IT company.
- Strong experience in IT recruitment and technical hiring.
- Good understanding of technology roles and skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment platforms.
